I am 5.3&quot; and 125.5 lbs &amp; my friend if 5 &quot; and 105.5 lbs. We are both 14 years old.<br />
Currently we are both eatting 1500 calories a day, is this enough?<br />
We are trying to only eat healthy foods as well, but a treat every now and then. We also work out about twice a week and walk a lot as well as doing push ups and sit ups every day.<br />
Does anyone have any good fitness tips?

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, I am 15 year old guy, I weigh 200 pounds but I am tall, almost 5&#8217;11 so it balances out a little but I still feel that I have too much fat in my chest and stomach areas.</p>
<p>I have all but cut out non-diet soda&#8217;s and replaced tea with water, I have started drinking more water, I am doing two sets of 100 sit-ups every day (Excluding 1 day a week) and I have been doing 4 sets of 25 push ups all but one day a week, I am walking/jogging about ten minutes a day, outside, sometimes a ten or twenty minute hike through the woods instead. What fat loss/muscle gain can I expect and how long Will it TAKE?

Let&#8217;s assume for a few moments that you are not what we would call a &quot;healthy&quot; eater. You don&#8217;t think about how the food you eat can affect you and your health. One of your worst habits is not eating breakfast at all. Well, it&#8217;s about time to change that &quot;bad&quot; habit. Your new goal for the summer is — &quot;to eat a healthy breakfast every morning before you leave the house.&quot;<br />
•Write an action plan for achieving this goal. Be sure to include specific steps you will take, when and how often the steps are to be done, and how you will measure success. (7 points)<br />
•List two family members or friends that can be part of your support system. Explain why you chose each person and what role each person will play. (3 points each)<br />

<p>5.Interpersonal Communication<br />
You are staying at a friend&#8217;s house, and your friend wants to sneak out of the house to go to a party down the street. You really do not want to do this and don&#8217;t want your friend to do this either. Too many things could go wrong. This is a good time to demonstrate your refusal skills.<br />
•First, list the four essential components of effective refusal. (4 points)</p>

<p>•Finally, list 3 possible consequences of sneaking out of the house and going to the party. (3 points)</p>

<p>•Explain the at home procedure for treating minor strains and sprains. (10 points)</p>
<p>7.Advocacy<br />
You like to spend a lot of time at the park on the weekends — throwing Frisbees, hanging out with friends, walking the dog — but have noticed that there is an increase in the number of people smoking in the park, which makes your time there less enjoyable. Who wants to breathe in smoke? Yuk. You come outside to get fresh air, right? You and your friends decide that you would like to advocate for a smoke-free park.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been trying for ages to lose that flab on my arms and thighs. I&#8217;m not fat &#8211; I&#8217;m 17, am 160cm in height, and weigh 50kg. So yeah, weight isn&#8217;t the issue. I just have some annoying flabby bits that won&#8217;t go away. I&#8217;ve been doing a lot of stretching which has helped with toning &#8211; as well as the ballet lessons, but they&#8217;re still there. I&#8217;m upping my classes to two a week and my walking to everyday. </p>
<p>Can anyone give me some tips on foods to eat and to avoid. I eat relatively healthy. I have some fruit, veggies, and a little meat everyday. My intake of water is also good.<br />
I really don&#8217;t want to &quot;work out&quot; because I don&#8217;t find muscles that attractive. </p>
<p>I guess what I really want are some tips on diet to help my fitness and those damn flabby bits!
