			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 15 years old, girl, 5&#8217;4 and 132-134 pounds and I have been trying to lose weight with unhealthy ways, but now I decided to do it the healthy way. Please make any warning you think that might help.</p>
<p>7am: 1 tbsp organic muesli + 2 tbsp all bran cereal + 1 tbsp mix of seeds(the doctor suggested that for my constipation) + 1 cup skim milk</p>
<p>10-11am: sandwich(2 slices whole wheat bread + 1 slice low fat cheese + 2 slices cucumber)</p>
<p>1:30pm: whatever my mom cooks (some kind of meat around 90gr or 120gr fish + some salad + some brown rice or any other carbohydrate OR lentils with 1 slice whole wheat bread)</p>
<p>Around 4pm: 1 glass of skim milk or 150gr low fat yogurt(0% fat) or a fruit(for sweet tooth)</p>
<p>7-7:30pm: sandwich(2 slices whole wheat bread + 1 slice low fat cheese + 1 slice turkey ham + lettuce + tomato) OR a tuna salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 100gr tuna, less or 1 tbsp olive oil) and 2 prunes</p>
<p>I&#8217;m exercising almost every day for at least 30 mins and I&#8217;m trying to drink 8 glasses of water per day.<br />
Will that make me healthier and help me lose fat?</p>
