I feel your pain, but what I do to prevent blisters is put band-aids on the major friction spots (Big toe, pinkie toe, heel, outside the ankle) as for after you get them, try putting some neosporin to prevent infection. Also, you may want to check your shoes, see if they are a a nice and comfy fit. If you don’t want to get new shoes, then you can get one of those shoe-stretcher things, and you can put these things that come with the stretcher on it so when you stretch the shoe, it releives the pressure on the major friction spots.

Well, it’s hard to "cure" it. Just wait it out, keep it clean, etc. What you can do, though is prevent new blisters. Get a pair of shoes that fits you right. Fleet Feet will actually look at how you run and stuff, and make sure you get the right shoe to reduce pressure points.

If these are shoes you wear alot, or just cant bare to get rid of because they are favs, simply put a bandage into spots where it rubs the most onto shoe itself
