    Are you serious? Are we watching the same video? My stomach is not flat, my butt is just huge! But I am doing some crunches and I’ll discuss that in a few vids down the road. Right now, I have my monthly visitor coming, so I will be discussing topics related to water retention, exercising during that time of the month, food cravings, pms, new research, etc.
